针轮转子离心机代替催化裂化三旋的可行性分析

摘要 1种新型超强离心耦合气动力的机械分离技术,能够有效分离 2μm以下的微粒,阻力可降至500Pa以下。用其组合一级分离可以代替催化裂化三旋分离器,能够解决三旋分离器的性能缺陷,并具有体积小、阻力小、能耗低、耐磨损、分离效率高等优点,有望创造出可观的经济效益。 The three-stage cyclone of catalytic cracking unit had the disadvantages of high resistance,wearing and lower separation efficiency.A novel mechanical separator on a basis of super centrifuge accompanied with aerodynamic agency could collect efficiently micro particles under 2 μm with a resistance less than 500 Pa.It was feasible to substitute three-stage cyclones for one stage of the separators.
