通过理论分析和热力学计算提出低硅硅锰合金炉外大幅度降碳的新工艺。此工艺可使低硅硅锰合金的降碳率达63%,合金成分均匀、含Mn量高,且工艺操作简便、技术可行、经济有利.
Abstract Through theoretical analysis and thermodynamics calculation, the new process for decreasing largely the carbon content out of furnace in low-Si silicomanganese producing is presented. By this new process, the carbon decreasing rate in low-Si SiMn can reach 63%, components in alloy are well-distributed with high Mn content and also the operation of process ie simple with workable technology and beneficial economy.
