FF-26加氢裂化预处理催化剂的性能研究及应用

Properties and application of prehydrotreating catalyst FF-26

在 200mL固定床加氢裂化装置上,采用 5种典型原料油,在反应压力 15. 7MPa,体积空速0. 9~1. 0h-1、氢油体积比为 850和 1000的条件下,对抚顺石油化工研究院研制开发的新一代FF-26加氢裂化预处理催化剂进行了性能考察实验,并与国内外同类先进催化剂进行了性能对比。结果表明FF-26催化剂反应活性高、脱氮性能好、原料适应性强,综合性能超过国内、达到国外同类先进催化剂的技术水平。

A new generation pre-hydrotreating catalyst FF-26 was developed.On the 200 mL fixed-bed test unit,by using 5 kind of typical crude oils,the properties of FF-26 were studied under the condition of pressure 15.7 MPa,space velocity 0.9~1.0h^(-1),hydrogen and oil volume ratio 850~1000.The propertyes of the FF-26 and other catalysts were compared.The results showed that FF-26 catalyst had higher activity,good denitrification,adaptivity of materials,and comprehesive properties.
