摘要 兰州石化公司炼油厂催化裂化装置采用MGG(多产液化气和高辛烷值汽油催化裂化工艺)和FCC(流化催化裂化工艺)技术,并使用LBO-16降烯烃催化剂,通过工艺优化调整,控制渣油掺炼比为20%、LBO-16用量比为50%、催化剂活性为65%~67%、反应温度为500±5 ℃,达到装置柴油收率为22%、汽油烯烃质量分数为30%、总液收为88%,实现效益最大化. The content of olefin in cracked gasoline was reduced in heavy oil FCCU of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company with MGG and FCC technique and special catalyst LBO-16.The operation conditions were optimized.Under the reaction conditions of temperature was (500±5) ℃,the residue blending ratio was 20%,the dosage of LBO-12 catalyst was 50%,and the activity of catalyst was 65%~67%,the yield of diesel oil production reached 22%,the content of olefin in cracked gasoline was 30%,the yield of total liquid production was 88%.The maximum economic benefits were obtained.
