摘要
采用反相乳液聚合技术,以丙烯酰胺(AM)和丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵 (AQ)为单体,环己烷为油相介质,AIBN-BPO为引发剂,OP-TX-10为乳化剂,在单体质量分数为 35%,引发剂质量分数为9×10-4下,成功合成出性能理想的反乳共聚季铵盐类阳离子絮凝剂AQ-AM。考察了聚合温度和乳化剂用量对聚合物黏度的影响,结果表明:最佳聚合温度为 25±0. 5℃,最佳乳化剂质量分数为 5. 0%。并用AQ-AM对煤泥水和印染废水进行了处理应用,效果显著。
Using the technology of the reversed phase emulsion copolymerization,with hexamethylene as oil-phase medium,the reversed emulsion system of the acrylamide(AM) and 2-acryloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(AQ) were studied and the synthetic emulsifying effect was investigated.The results showed that the optimum conditions were the mass ratio of emulsification(OP_(-TX-10)) was 5.0% and the temperature of copolymerization was 25℃.The results of applicating in sludge water and print-dyestuff waste water showed that the flocculating agent had good performance.
