摘要
在兰州石化公司 5万t/aABS装置上进行了清洁生产工业化试验。试验结果表明,采用对EBR聚合釜洗釜水和ABS接枝釜洗釜水回用的清洁生产方法,在生产工艺条件和产品质量不受影响的情况下,可回收废水中的有用物料,减少装置废水排放量,使废水总COD值下降 20%。目前该技术已经工业化,具有显著的经济效益和环境效益。
The industrial test of clearing production in ABS equipment was carried out.The results showed that by reclaiming and reusing the waste water of EBR polymerizer and grafting reactor,the overall COD decreased 20% and the amount of waste water decrease.The technique realized industial production and created remarkable benefits.
