摘要
本文通过检测硅铁电炉炉膛内部的炉料物相组成和炉衬耐火材料的物相变化,研究了硅铁电炉内部的温度场及影响炉内功率分布的因素。结果表明:硅铁电炉高温下炉料的导电性是影响炉内热分布的关键因素。应采取措施降低烧结带的温度。硅的生成反应温度大于1819℃,主要是在坩埚区进行的。提高坩埚区温度有利于减少气相中SiO的比例和SiO损失。
Abstract The paper deseribes the fundamental studies on the phase variation of the burdon and the lining materials. It indiates the heat distribution in the upper rest of the furnace hearth and the factors relative to the power distribution. The results shows that the conductivity of the charge affects on the heat distribution considerablly. It is key operation to reduce the tempera ture of the sintering zone. The temperature of Silicon formation is higher than 1819℃. The reaction mainly takes place in the crater. The study shows that increasing crater temperature may be favorable to reduce SiO ratio in gas and SiO gas loss.
