摘要
本文汲取了国内外几家大铁合金厂电极事故的经验及教训，提出了通过正确设计电级壳断面面积，就可减少电极软断事故，并推荐设计电极壳主要参数的公式，以完善现行的设计参数。
Abstract Summamzed the experierces and failures of electrodes in same ferroalloys works of the world,the paper suggests that proper shell's sectional areas can decrease electrode soft breakage. The formulas of main parameters for electrode shell designing are also given.
