摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶的方法合成了一系列掺杂M n2+,C e3+的B iB3O6纳米发光材料。通过激发光谱和发射光谱研究了其发光性质,并探讨了M n2+对C e3+发光性能的影响。B iB3O6∶C e3+的发射光谱有位于370nm和405nm处的2个发射峰,由于M n2+对C e3+的敏化作用,C e3+在B iB3O6∶C e3+,M n2+中的发光强度有了显著的增强。 The photoluminescence behavior of BiB3O6: Ce3+and BiB3O6: Ce3+, Mn2+nanoparticles prepared by sol-gel method was elucidated. Their emission properties were systematically investigated at room temperature. The emission spectrum of BiB3O6: Ce3+consists of two sharp peaks at 370nm and 405 nm, which can be assigned to the 5d (2D) →(2F7/2+2F5/2) (4f1) of Ce3+ions. Because of the energy transfer between Mn2+and Ce3+ions, the emission spectrum of BiB3O6: Ce3+, Mn2+is dramatically different from that of BiB3O6: Ce3+sample. Also, the emission intensities of 370nm and 405 nm change with different molar ratios of Mn2+in various proportions.
