摘要
C dS1-xSe x所需要的Se粉量比间接沉淀煅烧法和水热法所需的Se粉量少,且发现在室温研磨生成C dS1-xSe x的过程中,过量的N a2S。起着决定性的作用,并对其反应机理作了初步性的探讨。经X射线衍射证实有C d10S5.71Se4.29产生,Ls601-激光粒度仪测得其粒子的平均尺寸为120nm。该工艺简单,为C dS1-xSe x的合成提供了一种价廉而简易的全新方法,也为室温固相化学反应合成固熔体在材料化学中的应用提供了可行性实例。
CdS1-xSex was studied by solid phase reaction at low temperature in the paper.The results show that the amount of Se used in solid phase reaction at low temperature is greatly less than that one at high temperature condition. The excess Na2S·10H2O plays decisive role during the preparation of CdSexS1-x by grind solid phase reaction.The structure of Cd10S5.71Se4.29 was verified by X-ray diffractometer(λ=0.154nm),and its average size is about 120nm by the Ls601-Laser particle analysis instrument.The technique is simple,which not only provides a kind of cheap and simple process for the synthesis of CdS1-xSex but also offers a newly feasible example for the application of solid phase reaction at room temperature in material chemistry.
