公共经济管理理论研究进展被引量：2

摘要近年来，西方经济管理专家和发展经济学家在公共经济管理理论的探讨方面取得了重大的进展。他们基于经济组织、公共选择、财政联邦制方面的文献确立了新的公共管理原理。本文围绕这些问题评述有关的理论观点。
