中国共产党的决策体系是以党的代表大会为基础,以代表大会、委员会及其常委会为基本组织架构,以民主集中制为基本组织原则的民主决策体系。这一体系的发育与成长经历了曲折的探索过程。进一步完善党的决策体系的途径,就是要完善按照民主集中制的原则建立起来的党的各级代表大会及其选举产生的委员会和常委会。

The decision-making system of the Communist Party of China is a democratic one, with the Party's congress as the basis, and the Party's congress, committee and its standing committee as the basic framework, and democratic centralism as the basic organizational principle. The system has gone through explorations full of twists and turns. To further improve the Party's decision-making system, we must improve the system of congresses, committees, standing committees and secretaries which is set up according to democratic centralism.
