张爱玲是现代文学史上富有传奇色彩的女作家。她的小说弥漫着浓厚的悲剧色彩,人性的自私、卑琐、冷漠、虚伪、扭曲、变态,在其笔下一览无遗;情爱的虚假、无爱的婚姻、命运的残酷与生命的脆弱,在其作品中处处可见;同时,西方美学的悲剧理念也充分具体地表现在其作品中。

ZHANG Ai-ling was a famous writer in modern literature and there is an air of romance about her whole life.All of her novel are full of miserable.In her works,she clearly showed us the human frailty,selfishness,indecency,coldness,hypocrisy,distortion and aberrant personality.We can see the hypocrisy of passion and the marriage without love,and we also can find the tragedy of destiny and the weekness of life here and there in her works.Furthermore,the tragedy theory of the western aesthetics is reflected fully and concretly in them .
