A Review of China's Financial Stability

本文深入阐述了金融稳定性的涵义及金融不稳定的危害,进而阐明了金融稳定对于实现金融功能,提高金融效率的作用,并在此基础上论证了我国货币金融政策的制定必须兼顾金融稳定。

Monetary and financial policy should serve realizing financial stability and preventing financial instability. And only in the environment of financial stability, the goal of monetary and financial policy can be realized. In this paper, the authors analyze the connotation of the financial stability, the negative effect of financial instability, and the role of financial stability in enhancing financial function, financial efficiency and sound development of the society. Based on the above discussion, the authors expound that financial stability is the starting point when formulating monetary and financial policy.
