以对甲基苯胺为原料,与水合氯醛、盐酸羟胺反应制得5-甲基靛红,然后在H2O2/NaOH体系下室温反应,得2-氨基- 5-甲基苯甲酸,以对甲基苯胺计,总收率为43.4%,产品经FTIR,1HNMR确证结构。

This paper provides a novel method for preparation of 2-amino-5-methylbenzoic acid.4-Methylaniline was used to prepare 5-methylisatin which was used to afford the target product through oxidization-hydrolysis,the overall yield was 43.4% .
