摘要
利用碱性电弧炉可以深度脱硫和脱磷的特点,并采用低磷生铁,使原铁液的硫、磷含量降低至较低水平.采用稀土硅铁镁合金作为球化剂,并对铁液进行多次孕育,同时轧辊进行热处理,使索氏体高强度球铁轧辊的抗拉强度平均达到580 MPa,最高达到615 MPa,辊身硬度50~55HSD.
Sulphur and phosphorus of base iron were decrease by alkalinous electric-arc furnace. Rare-earth Si-Fe-Mg alloy as spheroidizing medium and multinoculated base iron were adopted, and at the same time, roller was heat-treated. In these conditions, the average strength of sorbitic high strength spheroidal graphite iron roller reaches 580 MPa. The maximum value can be reached 615 MPa, the hardness of roll body is 50 [similar to] 55HSD.
