用冶炼高钛渣的副产半钢生产球墨铸铁管的探讨

Discussion of Making of Ductile Iron Pipe use of Semi-Steel

对用冶炼高钛渣的副产半钢生产球墨铸管的可行性进行了研究。对副产半钢的特性和球墨铸管的市场、生产工艺进行了分析。结果表明:用冶炼高钛渣的副产半钢生产球墨铸管在工艺上是可行的。

Manufacture of ductile iron pipe using semi-steel which come from ore-smelting furnace of smelting titanic slag use of titanic ferrous ore are discuss in this paper. Semi-steel's properties, market information of ductile iron pipe and centrifugal pipe casting technique are introduced. The research shows it is feasible to make the ductile iron pipe with semi-steel.
