WC颗粒增强Cr系抗磨白口铸铁表层复合材料的抗磨损性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过销盘磨损试验,研究了在两体磨损条件下,WC颗粒增强抗磨白口铸铁表层复合材料的抗磨损性能;并与相应的抗磨白口铸铁的抗磨损性能进行了比较。结果表明,铸态去应力处理时,抗磨白口铸铁随着金属 Cr含量的增加,其耐磨性有所增强。Cr含量从2%增加到26%,相对耐磨性从1增加到1.48,而复合材料的相对耐磨性提高10倍以上;硬化态去应力处理时,抗磨白口铸铁随着金属Cr含量的增加,其耐磨性略有增强。Cr含量从 2%增加到 26%,相对耐磨性从 1 增加到1.32,而复合材料的相对耐磨性高达30左右。可见,为了提高材料表层的耐磨性能,采用制备 WC颗粒增强 Cr系抗磨白口铸铁表层复合材料的途径十分有效。 Wear-resistant performance of WC particle reinforced chromium white cast iron matrix composite was studied under the condition of two body wear by pin-on-disk test, and the wear-resistant performance is compared with white cast iron. The results show that in as-cast distressing treatment, with the Cr content increasing the wear-resistant performance increase. When Cr content ranges from 2% to 26%, relative wear-resistant performance ranges from 1 to 1.48, however, the relative wear-resistant performance increase over 10; in as-harden distressing treatment, with the Cr content increasing the wear-resistant performance increase slightly. When Cr content ranges from 2% to 26%, relative wear-resistant performance ranges from 1 to 1.32, while the relative wear-resistant performance up to 30. So in order to improve wear-resistant performance, using the method of prepare WC particle reinforced chromium white cast iron matrix composite is very effect.
