摘要
提高充型过程数值模拟的计算速度是流场模拟的一个研究热点。概述了模拟充型过程的数学模型并提出了一种算法优化方案,通过计算中减少对铸件及铸型网格单元的搜索次数来提高充型模拟的计算速度。这种方法的优点在于不影响模拟计算的精度。
Computing speed of numerical simulation on filling process of casting is a focus and difficulty in the study of this field. The mathematical model of numerical simulation on filling process is summarized and a scheme of algorithmic optimization is put forward in the article. The scheme can improve the computing speed of numerical simulation on filling process of casting by decreasing search time of the cells in the casting and mould. The merit of this method is that it can speed the calculation of numerical simulation on filling process of casting without effecting the precision of calculation.
