主井断绳坠箕斗事故原因分析

Analysis to Cause of Skip Falling Accident Due to Rope Break in Main Shaft

摘要 建立了矿井提升机断绳事故故障树通过对某矿主井断绳坠箕斗事故的原因分析表明在提升机紧急制动情况下不可能引起断绳事故分析结果为第一处断绳原因在于钢丝绳质量问题而第二处断绳主要是由于松绳引起冲击冲击力大于钢丝绳理论破断力 The paper establishes fault tree for rope-broken accident of mine hoist.By analyzing to cause of skip falling accident due to rope break in certainmain shaft, it shows that rope-broken accident impossibly occur oncondition of emergent braking of hoist. The analyzed results is that thefirst position of rope break is due to quality of steel rope, the second isdue to impact force elicited from rope relaxation and impact force is greaterthan theoretic breaking force of steel rope.
