一种新型光纤电流传感器的研制

摘要 根据铌酸锂晶体(LN)在外电场作用下的线性电光效应及法拉第电磁感应原理,本文首次提出了一种独特、新颖的光纤大电流传感器.在50~300A测量范围内,得到了线性度优于1.09×10^(-2)的结果.由于利用了晶体折射率的变化与电场一次方成正比的关系,对波形分析带来很大方便,不仅能测量工频电流,而且也可测量脉冲电流. This paper presents a unique and novel type of optical fiber heavy electric current sensor based on the linear electro-optic effect of LiNbO3 crystal and Faraday electromagnetic induction principle. At the same time, we have obtained that linearity of this sensor is better than 1.09% in measurement range from 50A to 300A. Because the linear relatinoship between the change of crystal refraction index and the first yower of electric fieid is ultilized, the display is linear proportional to the result of measurement. So, it is very easy to analysis the wave pattern. In addition, it can measure not only alternating current, but also qulse current.
