摘要
通过对信息加工学习论、人本主义学习论、建构主义学习理论、苏霍姆林斯基的自我教育论、情境学习理论及参与理论等西方现代教育理论的简要分析,希望大学教师吸取各教育理论的优点,在教学中体现学生主体和自主的原则;转变观念,重新定位教师角色;把学生看做客户和伙伴,知情并重;掌握并运用现代科学技术,发挥多媒体和网络技术的作用,优化课堂教学;重视学生情感因素,建立和谐的师生关系,提高教学效果。
Through the brief analysis of the western modern educational theories,including humanism study theory, Suhomlinsky self-educational theory, situational study theory and engagement theory, the article argues that college teachers are expected to absorb the advantages of the educational theories and carry on the following principles: embody student-center and self-decision principle; change concept, relocate teachers'role; regard students as clients and partners, pay more attention to both knowledge and feelings; master and apply modern scientific technology, bring multi-media and internet technology into full play to better teaching in class; attach importance to student'emotional factors to establish harmonious relationship between teachers and students and improve teaching effects.
