摘要 硫辛酸是既具水溶性又具脂溶性的两性分子,其氧化型、还原型在水及脂两相环境中均能发挥很好的抗氧化作用,同时它又具有促氧化性能。作为一种非同一般的新型抗氧化剂,它具有极高的医用价值以及抗衰老潜能。此文阐述硫辛酸的理化性质、详析近年来其抗氧化、促氧化的双重性能及其在动物实验、临床应用中的研究进展。
