摘要
文章通过对教育机会、“教育产品”供求市场结构及其相互关系的分析,从理论上勾勒了教育机会供求的卖方市场特征和“教育产品”供求的买方市场特征。文章认为,学校入口的卖方市场既不能从根本上缓解学生就业矛盾,又使现有的教育结构进一步扭曲;学校出口的卖方市场中,无论其传递的就业信号好坏都会激化学校入口的矛盾。因此,以资源定发展、以供给定发展的“严进宽出”模式将会被以需求定发展的“宽进严出”模式所取代。
Through the analysis to educational chance, the structure of supply and Demand marks of educational products and their interaction. This text describes theoretically both the characteristics of seller's market of educational chance-supply-and-demand and the characteristics of buyer's marked Of educational-products-supply-and-demand. This article holds that the seller's marked of the entry to the school can not alleviate the contradiction in students' employment, in addition it twists the existing educational structure further. And the seller's market of the exit to the school, no matter the employment signal that it transmits is good or bad, will defy the contradiction in the entry to the school. So, the“hard-entry-while-easy-exit”mode which means development is decided by resource and supplys will sooner or later be replaced by the“easy-entry-while-hard-exit”mode, which means development is decided by demands.
