摘要
本文以美国中南部的俄克拉荷马大学①,以及德克萨斯州地区的汉语教学研究发展情况为典型,同时尽量包括美国其他各大学同事所提供的情况,把1999年至2003年以来,汉语研究教学在美国的新发展、新趋势,尽量如实客观地作一综合总结报道.
Taking the University of Oklahoma in central south America and the greater area of Texas as the primary investigation basis, including also as much as possible theinformation provided by colleagues from other universities in the U.S., this paper gives a comprehensive, objective and factual report on the teaching and research of the Chinese language as a foreign language in the U.S. during the period from 1999 to 2003.
