摘要
将废纸箱预处理制得的纸浆中加入淀粉胶粘剂,模压成型后采用物理成孔方法制成新型纸浆模塑缓冲衬垫。通过静态压缩试验,得到新材料的弹性状态方程和能够反映材料静态缓冲性能的应力-应变曲线与缓冲系数-应力曲线,为新材料的推广应用提供了依据。
Starch adhesive was added into the pulp from pretreated waste cartons, and brandnew pulp moulding buffer pad was made after moulding and physical pore-forming. With static compression test, the elastic stage equation of the new material and the stress-strain curve and buffer coefficient-stress curve which can reflect the new material static buffer propertiesare obtained for the implementation and application of the new material.
