预留膀胱冲洗液促进膀胱功能恢复的研究

A study on the effect of remaining bladder irrigation lotion on the recovery of bladder function

目的探讨宫颈癌根治术后拔除尿管前预留膀胱冲洗液对促进膀胱功能恢复的意义.方法将80例宫颈癌Ⅱa～Ⅱb期手术后患者随机分为实验组和对照组,各40例.两组在留置尿管期间均采用相同的治疗方法,实验组在拔除尿管前采用预留部分膀胱冲洗液的方法拔除尿管,对照组按常规方法拔除尿管.结果实验组有37例拔除尿管后自行排尿,对照组有30例自行排尿,两组在首次排尿顺畅程度及排尿量方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),拔除尿管6～7 h后,两组患者行残余尿量测定,合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对宫颈癌根治术留置尿管患者预留膀胱冲洗液可有效提高残余尿测定合格率,促进膀胱功能恢复.

Objective To explore the effect of remaining bladder irrigation lotion on the recovery of bladder function before removal of the indwelling catheter post-operation of cervical cancer.Methods 80 patients post-operation of cervical cancer (clinical stages fromⅡ_a toⅡ_b) were randomly divided into experimental group and controlled group.Both the two group of patients received the same treatment during the period of indwelling catheter.The patients in the experimental group remained part of the bladder irrigation lotion before removing the Foley catheter,while the patients in controlled group were removed the catheter in routine methods.Results There were 37 cases in experimental group and 30 cases in controlled group could void automaticlly after removed the Foley catheter.There was significant difference in the first-time void smoothly and the qualification rate of residual urine 6~7hs later after removing the catheter between the two group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the post-operation patients with cervical cancer,remaining bladder irrigation lotion during the period of indwelling catheter could effectively raise the qualification rate of residual urine and facilitate the recovery of (bladder function.)
