摘要
目的探讨聘用护士在职培训与考核的管理方法。方法结合产科专业特点,对新入科聘用护士从医德医风、岗位职责、专科知识和护理技术操作、整体护理知识、医疗法律法规及各种规章制度5个方面进行规范化在职培训,实行分层考核,对考核结果进行评价与反馈。结果通过规范化的培训与考核,聘用护士的工作质量、工作能力、专科业务水平等显著提高。结论对聘用护士实行规范化在职培训与考核的管理,是护理人力资源管理的有效手段。
Objective To explore the method of management for the on-duty training and test of contract nurses.Methods Based on the features of obstetrical nursing,the newly contract nurses were standardized trained in the following five aspects:medical morals and behaviors,duties and responsibilities,professional nursing knowledge and technical nursing skills,holistic nursing knowledge,medical regulations and laws,and all kinds of regulations of hospital.After that,they were tested in different level and the result of test was evaluated.Result Through standardized training and test,the contract nurses' quality and ability of nursing and professional level have been improved obviously.Conclusion The standardized on-duty training and test for the contract nurses was an effect way for nursing human resource management.
