摘要
目的探讨ICU护理队伍建设的有效途径。方法强化护理人员的服务意识和服务技能;采用多种方法提高护理人员业务素质;实施人性化管理。结果护理人员服务水平和业务素质大大提高。结论灵活运用各种培训方法,进一步完善任用机制,是加强急救ICU护理队伍建设的有效途径。
Objective To explore the effective approaches for construction of nursing team in the emergency Intensive Care Unit (ICU).Methods To strengthen the nurses' service consciousness and skills,adopt multiple approaches to improve the professional quality of nurses and practice humanistic management.Results As a result,the level of nursing service and the quality of nursing staff was improved significantly.Conclusion It is the effective way to apply multiple training methods flexibly consummate the employment system to strengthen the construction of emergency ICU nursing team.
