摘要
对聘用护士实行人性化管理,有效增强医院护理队伍凝聚力,稳定聘用护士队伍,提高医院护理质量。在工作中积极采取换位思考,提供人性化服务,以情留人,以事业拴心,以薪养人。提高了护士整体素质,病人对护理服务满意率提高到95%。
In order to effectively reinforce the cohesion of nursing team and stabilize the team of contract nurses to improve the quality of nursing in the hospital,we applied the humanity management for contract nurses to provide humanistic service using transposition thinking and stabilized the contract nurses making full use of affection and rewards.As a result,the general quality of nurses was improved and the patients' satisfaction rate with nursing service raised to 95%.
