略论刑事立案监督

A Brief Account of Criminal Register and Supervision

修改后的刑事诉讼法实施以来,全国各级检察机关积极履行法律赋予的神圣职责,纠正了一批有案不立、有罪不纠、以罚代刑的案件,逐步建立和形成了刑事立案监督的工作规程和规范,探索并积累了许多工作方法和经验。然而,刑事立案监督在实践中常常会遇到许多实际问题和矛盾,急需分析、研究和解决。

Since the revisedcode of criminal procedure has been put into effect, superviory departments at all levels in China actively fulfill the sacred and legal obligation. A batch of false cases have been corrected, which established and formed some directive regulaions and standards, and explored many work methods and accumulated much experience. The criminal register and supervision will, however, in practice meet many practical problems and contradictions, which are in need of analysis, study and solution.
