为实现毕业生的顺利就业,近年来各高校相继开设了就业指导课程。随着毕业生人数的急剧增加,传统的就业指导课程已不能满足学生的需求,加大就业“内涵”方面的指导力度,建立职业辅导体系应该是就业指导的一个努力方向。大学生职业生涯规划的意义、内容和步骤就能落实到实处。

In order to realize the graduates’ success in obtaining employment, each higher school has offered a course in vocational counsel in recent years. Until the quantity of graduates increases rapidly, the conventional course in vocational counsel can't satisfy the needs of the students. Therefore, to enhance the guidance work about the “connotation” of obtaining employment and to set up a vocational guidance system should become one main direction of the course in vocational counsel. The guidance will be settled and make a real effect to the meaning, the content and the step of the graduates’occupation career planning.
