摘要
桩筏(箱)基础是当今高层建筑最常用的基础形式,其工作性状很复杂,是上部结构-筏(箱)-桩-土四者共同作用的结果。对其沉降的研究还处于半经验半理论阶段,误差较大,目前有关的沉降实测实例还很少,充分利用这些已有资料对研究高层建筑桩筏(箱)基础沉降的规律具有重要作用。
Piled raft (box) foundation, with complicated behaviors resulted from the joint action of upper structure, raft (box), pile and soil, is often adopted in current high-rise building. The settlement study, being at the stage of half experience and half theory, has a big error, yet settlement surveying is hardly made at present. Full utilization of existing information will hence play an important role in researching the settlement law of raft foundation of high-rise building.
