摘要
拉坯辊速度控制是水平连铸工艺的关键技术之一。采用变频器实现水平连铸机拉坯辊速度程序控制,由单片机系统给变频器提供程控信号来控制变频器的运行。现场应用表明该系统速度响应快,控制精度高,满足了水平连铸生产的需要。
Speed control of drawing roller is one of the key technology for horizontal continuous casting. Drawing roller speed logic control of horizontal continuous casting machine is realized with the frequency converter,a single chip microcomputer system provides logic control signal for the frequency converter and controls the operation of the frequency converter. The application results show that the system has quick response and high accuracy, the demand of production of horizontal continuous casting is met
