反相乳液聚合合成AM/DMDAAC阳离子共聚物 被引量:10

摘要 以丙烯酰胺(AM)、阳离子单体二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)为原料,用反相乳液聚合法合成了AM/DMDAAC阳离子共聚物,利用单因素实验分别研究了引发剂种类、引发剂用量、单体用量、nAM:nDMDAAC、反应时间、反应温度等合成条件对共聚物的特性粘数和阳离子度的影响.确定出了最佳反应条件为:nAM:nDMDAAC=2:1,单体总质量分数30%,反应温度45℃,pH=7,反应时间5~6 h. Cationic copolymer acrylamide-dimethyldiallyl ammonium chloride [P(AM/DMDAAC)] was synthesized from acrylamide (AM) and dimethyldiallyl ammonium chloride (DMDAAC) by inverse phase emulsion polymerization. Effects of reaction conditions, such as initiator types and amounts, monomer ratio, monomer total concentration, reaction time and temperature, on intrinsic viscosity and cationic degree were investigated. The optimal conditions were: monomer ratio n(AM):n(DMDAAC) = 2:1; monomer total mass fraction 30%; temperature 45°C; pH = 7 and reaction time 5 - 6 h. Overall yield of the product was more than 85%.
