从闪速炉三大参数(低镍锍温度、低镍锍品位、渣铁硅比)控制入手,通过调整反应塔喉口部风速、控制富氧浓度以及贫化区配料比等,不断使闪速炉炉况控制水平达到最佳,从而得到较为稳定的镍闪速炉渣指标。
The operating level of the flash furnace can be gained the best condition and the steady slag index by adjusting the gas speed of nozzle in RS, controlling the oxygen enriched air concentration and the material ratio in SCA etc, based on controlling the parameters of flash furnace, such as the temperature and nickel content of matte, the Fe/SiO_2 of the slag, etc.
