摘要 神经鞘磷脂酶(SMase)可水解鞘磷脂产生神经酰胺,在人体内发挥重要作用。酸性神经鞘磷脂酶(ASMase)作为SMase最重要的一个亚型,在辐射诱导细胞凋亡、调节肿瘤细胞生长、参与Fas信号系统传递等方面均可发挥重要作用。 Sphingomyelinase can hydrolyze the sphingomyelin to ceramide. And sphingomyelinase play important roles in diverse physiological. Acid sphingomyelinase is the most important type of sphin-gomyelinase.
