摘要
为提高测量频率精度,文中分析频率测量中误差的来源,提出同步测频、双计数测频、数字移相测频三种解决方法,这三种方法都可以用硬件描述语言实现,文中给出原理框图和仿真波形,从图中可以看出在不改变系统工作频率的情况下,频率测量精度最大可以提高四倍。
In order to increase the precision of measurement frequency, In this article, the error origin in the measurement frequency is analyzed. Put forward three kinds of resolutions, which are synchronization measurement frequency, duble counts measurement frequency, digital shift phase measurement frequency. They can be realized easily in VHDL. the princi- ple chart and wave shape are given from which we can see that the precision of measurement frequency improve four times in system frequency not be changed.
