摘要
共振解调技术和小波分析为从正常低频振动中提取所夹带的微小冲击提供了理论依据。在此,提出共振解调技术的数学模型,同时介绍小波分析在提取冲击信息过程中的应用方法,通过MATLAB数字仿真和现场应用实例,说明小波分析和共振解调技术在提取齿轮、轴承机械故障的微小冲击应用上的异同。
Resonant demodulation and wavelet analysis provides the theory basis on how to extract the weensy impulse sig- nal frorn normal low-frequency vibration signal. In this paper, a mathematical model on the technology of resonant demodula- tion is put forward, at the same time, another method that wavelet analysis is used to extract weensy impulse information is introduced too. Simulation and practical application manifest that Wavelet analysis and Resonance demodulation have dissimilar effect on extracting the weensy impulse from mechanical fault that caused by gear and axletree.
