盐酸曲马多控释片的研究

Study on the tramadohydrochloride controlled-release tablets

目的 制备盐酸曲马多控释片,可控制给药,1天1次。方法 通过对薄膜衣的材料及致孔剂的选择,制备了微孔膜控 制释放片。结果 体外释放实验表明,控释片2 h累积释放百分量小于35％,12 h的累积释放百分量为72.4％,释放行为符 合零级方程,稳定性良好。结论 该控释片处方合理,工艺简单,有理想的控释效果。

Objective To develop the Tramadohydrochloride controlled-release tablets. Method prepared micro-pore membrance controlled-release tablets by selecting materials of thin-coating and pore producing agent. Result The release amount (2 h) of the tablets in vitro was lower than 35% and higher than 70% in 12 hours. The drug erlease pattern was following the zero equation. The stability of the tablets was satisfactory. Conclusion The sustained-release tablets have reasonable formulation and simple technology. It exhibited ideal controlled-release characteristics.
