摘要
如何制订与企业经营战略相适应的人力资源发展战略是当前人力资源工作的一大课题。文章提出了如何构建与经营战略相适应的人力资源战略模型以及如何实施人力资源管理流程再造,推进企业内部传统的劳动人事管理向现代人力资源开发 /人力资源管理(HRD/HRM)的方向转变。
How to formulate human resources development strategy, which complies with the business strategy of the enterprise is an important subject for human resource work at present. This article describes the formulation of development strategy model for the human resources, which is in line with the business strategy of the enterprise and how to reconstruct the management process of the human resources, pushes forward the transfer of traditional personnel & labor management in enterprise towards modern HRD/HRM.
