全数字化乳腺摄影在乳腺原位癌中的外科应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨全数字化乳腺摄影(full-field digital mammography,FFDM)在临床未扪及肿块乳腺原位癌中的外科应用价值。方法:2003年4月-2004年8月乳腺外科临床未扪及肿块的乳腺原位癌6例。全部病例经美国GE公司生产的平板2000D全数字化乳腺摄影机检查,并应用定位系统行病灶术前穿刺定位切除。结果:导管内癌4例,小叶原位癌1例,导管内癌伴Paget病1例。全部病例术前准确定位,2例行保乳手术,4例行改良根治术。结论:全数字化乳腺摄影结合术前病灶穿刺定位切除能发现更多临床未扪及肿块的乳腺原位癌,使其得以早期治疗。为提高乳腺癌治愈率和广泛开展保乳手术提高患者的生活质量奠定基础。 Objective: To evaluate the clinical impact of full-field digital mammography (FFDM) in patients with non-palpable breast in-situ carcinoma Methods: We evaluated 6 consecutive patients with non-palpable breast in-situ carcinoma in our hospital. Clinical, preoperative mammographic, sample mammographic and pathological data were reviewed and analyzed. Results: 4 ductal carcinoma in situ, 1 lobular carcinoma in situ, 1 Paget s disease. Conclusion: FFDM is a relatively sensitive procedure with a high diagnostic accuracy for the diagnosis of non-palpable breast in-situ carcinoma. Preoperative FFDM localization is a safe and simple procedure and can be taken as a good guide to surgery.
