摘要
根据某种微细物料的物理特性和添料工况要求,采用在料斗口安装网孔板的方法实现对物料流量的定量控制.通过试验确定了在网孔孔径和振动加速度一定的情况下,物料流量与流动时间以及振动频率的关系.从理论上分析了填料装置中电磁开关的动态响应特性对物料定量控制精度的影响.在试验研究和理论计算的基础上,设计出一种能够精确控制物料流量的自动添料装置.
Under special working conditions, a meshed board at the entrance of the feeder was designed and set to quantitatively control the flow of a superfine material with special properties. For a given aperture size and vibration acceleration, the relations between material flow, flow time and vibration frequency were studied by experiments. And the effect of the dynamic characteristics of the electromagnetic switch on the quantitative controlled material flow was analyzed theoretically. Based on the results of experiment and calculation, a design project of automatic feeder that can realize quantitative control of material flow was designed.
