论江泽民科技创新思想的理论特征

Study on Theoretical Character of JIANG Ze-min's Innovation Thoughts about Science and Technology

科技创新是江泽民科技思想的核心和精髓 ,因此研究江泽民科技创新思想体系 ,对于更好地领会这一科学思想的精神实质 ,指导我国的科技实践具有极其重要的意义。本文综合归纳出江泽民科技创新思想的体系结构 ,分析江泽民科技创新思想的理论基础。同时本文指出我国的科教兴国、高科技产业化发展和建设国家创新体系等三大科技战略是江泽民科技创新思想在我国的具体实践 ,并阐述了江泽民科技创新思想体系的科学性、前瞻性。

The innovation of science and technology is the core of Jiang Zemin' thought about science and technology. Therefore, the systemic study of Jiang Zemin' innovation thought about science and technology will benefit not only to understand completely and grasp accurately its spirit and essence, but also to direct our practices more consciously. This paper induces the architecture of Jiang Zemin' innovation thought about science and technology and analyzes their theoretical basics. This paper also point out that our developing strategies of science and technology such as driving homeland strong by science and education, making high-tech industrialization and building up national innovation system are the successful practices of Jiang Zemin' innovation thought about science and technology. Finally, this paper discusses the theoretical character of Jiang Zemin's innovation thoughts about science and technology.
