综放工作面自然发火的防治

摘要 开滦唐山矿业分公司为 级自然发火矿井 ,特别是工作面采用综合放顶煤开采 ,给防治自然发火工作带来很大困难。通过对 T1 4 91工作面发火隐患的分析 ,找到了低温氧化和系统漏风等是造成煤层自然氧化的主要原因。介绍了采取采区通风系统调整、阻化剂防火、喷浆堵漏风、灌浆和均压防灭火等综合治理措施 ,杜绝了煤层自然发火事故的发生 ,确保了矿井的安全生产。 Tangshan Mine under Tangshan Mining Co.ia rated as a classⅢ spontaneous combustion mine.Following the adoption of the fullymechanized coal mining method,the prevention of the spontaneous combustion has become difficult.Through an analysis made at Face T491,it has been made clear that the combustion hazard is attributed to the natural oxidization of coal seam as a result of lowtemperature oxidixation and air leakage of ventilation system.Through taking comprehensive harness measures including readjustment of ventilation system at mining district,prevetion of air leakage with ground and guniting,fire prevention with stopping agent and extinguishment by even air pressure,the spotaneous combustion hazard has been eliminated,helpful to the safety mining operation.
