在引进数字程控交换机上实现ＩＳＤＮ功能扩展是一项迫切的任务。本文在总结实际工作经验的基础上，以Ｓ１２４０系统为例，分析了ＩＳＤＮ功能实现的方案，并在软件工程思想的指导下，结合现有的软件开发环境，描述了其软件实现原理。

The implementation of ISDN expansion on import digital SPC exchanges is an urgent task. Based on the practice, this paper analysis the ISDN implementation strategy on the existing exchanges such as S1240. In the direction of software engineering, It also describes the principle of ISDN software development in the software production environment.
