卡托普利对小鼠病毒性心肌炎的治疗作用

Therapeutic Effect of Captopril on Viral Myocarditis in Mice

目的观察卡托普利对小鼠病毒性心肌炎(VM)的治疗作用。方法Balb/c雄性小鼠随机分3组正常对照组、柯萨奇B3病毒感染组(感染组)和病毒感染后卡托普利治疗组(治疗组)。测定心肌Na+K+ATP酶、Ca2+ATP酶活性、心肌病毒滴度、心肌病理变化和小鼠存活率。结果正常对照组Na+K+ATP酶、Ca2+ATP酶活性高于感染组和治疗组,治疗组酶活性和小鼠存活率高于感染组,心肌病毒滴度和心肌病理变化低于感染组。结论卡托普利可减轻病毒感染所致心肌损伤,提高存活率,对VM小鼠有治疗作用。

Objective To study the effect of captopril on the mice with viral myocarditis. Methods Fourty-five male Balb/c mice were randomised into three groups: control group, coxsackie B_3(CVB_3) infection group(infection group), and CVB_3 infection treated with captopril group (treatment group). The activities of Na^+ -K^+ -ATPase, Ca^2+ -ATPase, the viral titer of the heart, the pathological changes and the survival rates of mice were observed. Results The activities of myocarditis Na^+ -K^+ -ATPase, Ca^2+ -ATPase were higher in control group than in the infection group or in the treatment group. The activities and the survival rates in the treatment group were higher than in the infection group, and the viral titer and the pathologic changes were lower in the treatment group than in the infection group. Conclusion Captopril can alleviate myocardial injury of virus-induced myocarditis and increase the survival rates. Captopril has some therapy effects on viral myocarditis in mice.
