摘要
我们习惯于根据市场份额的大小判断垄断是否成立,而事实上"市场"是个弹性概念,需要放到特定的市场结构当中,结合消费者的选择余地、产品的需求弹性、潜在竞争及技术创新等因素加以考量才具有意义;判断垄断的过程其实就是一个搜寻竞争者的过程。
We are used to judging whether the monopoly exist according to market share,but 'market share' is a flexible concept in fact,and if we want to know it accurately, we must put it into the whole competitive market to judge combining customers' choice,demand elasticity of the product,potential competition and technological innovation.Judging the course monopolized is actually a course of searching the competitor.
