中国零售业发展面临国内竞争国际化、国际竞争国内化的挑战,零售业获得永久竞争力的最有效措施是创服务品牌。零售业创服务品牌应从提高服务品质、创星级服务、推出"非常服务"、超出顾客期待等方面入手,同时应加强品牌管理。
The development of China's retail business is facing the internationalization from the domestic competition,the challenge of the nationalization from the international competition.The best effective measure for the retail business to obtain the permanent competition is to creat service brand.The way to realize it is to improve the quality of service and to creat the best service,to advocate'special service',to exceed the expectation of the customers and to strengthen the management of the brand.
