护理本科生职业态度影响因素调查分析

Investigation and analysis to factors that influence nursing undergraduates' attitude to their vocation

采用问卷调查方法对浙江大学医学院护理系1995级、1996级的60名5年制护理本科毕业生进行职业态度影响因素的调查。结果显示,影响本科毕业生最主要的因素是:自我价值无法实现、专业发展空间小、社会地位低、缺乏理解和尊重、医院不重视对本科生的培养和合理使用、专业与兴趣爱好不符。因而需要我们进一步加快学科建设、改革卫生服务体系、完善用人机制、稳定护理队伍。

Questionnaire tests were given to 60 graduates of five-year nursing major in grades 1995 and 1996 of Zhejiang University to know about factors that influenced their attitude towards nursing vocation. The results show that main factors are: incapability of realizing self-worth, small space for major development, low social status, lack of understanding and respect, indifference from the hospital to nurturing and making use of graduates, unconformity of major and interest. Therefore we should further accelerate discipline construction, reform health service system, perfect employment mechanism and maintain a stable team of nursing professionals.
